Toyota Fortuner TRD Sportivo debuts in Indonesia!

The new generation of Toyota Fortuner has become very popular in the market with its handsome exterior and luxurious interior, and has become the car of many heads of households in China, Thailand and Fortuner Indonesia. The Fortuner TRD Sportivo is different from the Thai version.

As you can see from the photos, the Indonesian version of the Fortuner TRD Sportivo has a new front fascia and a blacked-out tank shroud, with the word TRD in red below the grille bar and special black fog lamp holders on both sides of the bumper.

The Fortuner TRD Sportivo is fitted with 18-inch two-tone TRD wheels, a more subdued and restrained design, unlike the sportier wheels of the Thai Fortuner TRD.

The Toyota Fortuner TRD Sportivo is available in Indonesia with two engine variants, a 2.7L naturally aspirated petrol engine and a 2.4L diesel engine, the same combination as the Fortuner in Indonesia, also with a 6-speed automatic transmission, priced at Rp 527,900,000 (approx. RM 169,300) and Rp 553,300,000 respectively. The Fortuner TR is priced at Rp 527,900,000 (RM 169,300) and Rp 553,300,000 (RM 177,446) respectively.

Do you like the design of the Indonesian version of the Fortuner TRD Sportivo? I personally prefer the Thai version of the Fortuner TRD Sportivo, but I wonder if there is any chance to see the TRD Sportivo version of the Fortuner in my country?
