  • Dr. Lindsay Clark suggests to avoid certain exercises and postures or even stretching by arching your back or straightening up this will cause the muscle to tighten up leading to pain. Instead, do some light exercises like swimming, and yoga as advised by the doctor.
  • Avoid heavy loads for a few days it puts more pressure on the spine ultimately leading to back pain.
